1. Always order at least 25 extra invitations and several additional envelopes to allow for add-ons to the guest list and mistakes in addressing.
2. Mail invited to overseas and out-of-town guest first.
3. Have the postal service weigh for correct postage
4. Plan ahead for add ional accessories: direction cards, complimentary valet cards, menus, table tents, programs and favors.
